What I do

Websites. Built, fixed or looked after.

Whether you're starting from scratch, fed up with the website you've already got, or just need somebody reliable to look after it — I can help.

New websites

A proper website without making a meal of it.

You don't need to become a web designer just because your business needs a website. Tell me what the business does, who you're trying to reach and what you need the website to achieve. I'll take care of the rest.

The result is a professional, mobile-friendly website that's easy to understand, easy to use and built around your actual business rather than a generic template full of filler.

from £995

A typical website includes:

  • Professional design tailored to your business
  • Responsive layout for desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Clear page structure and navigation
  • Help organising your content and messaging
  • Contact form and essential setup
  • Essential Google & search setup
  • Testing before the site goes live
  • A clear handover — without disappearing afterwards
Website Rescue

Before you replace it, let's see if we can fix it.

A website doesn't have to be completely broken to be costing you business. It might just be dated, awkward on mobile, difficult to update or confusing for customers.

I'll take a proper look at what you've already got and explain what I'd change in plain English. If the existing site is worth saving, we'll improve it rather than starting again for the sake of it.

Things I can help sort out

× Looks poor or doesn't work properly on mobile
× Design feels dated or doesn't reflect the business
× Navigation is confusing
× Content needs updating or reorganising
× Forms, buttons or links aren't behaving
× Nobody really knows how to change anything
Website Care

You don't have to look after it yourself.

Businesses don't stand still, so websites don't either. Prices change, staff change, services change and eventually something needs updating.

If you'd rather send somebody an email and say “Can you sort this?” than spend an afternoon trying to remember how your website works, that's exactly what Website Care is for.

Someone to ask

A familiar person to contact when you're not sure what needs doing.

Not sure what you need?

That's fine. You don't need to diagnose it first.

Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you what I think makes sense. If the cheaper or simpler option will do the job, I'll say so.

Starting out

“We don't have a proper website.”

Start with a new website built around the business and what customers actually need from it.

Something's wrong

“We've got one, but it's not very good.”

Website Rescue is the sensible first step. Let's establish whether it needs improving or genuinely replacing.

Keeping it sorted

“We just need somebody to deal with it.”

Website Care gives you somebody familiar to come back to whenever the website needs attention.

A few obvious questions

Before you ask.

No lengthy discovery process required.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Tell me about the business and what you're trying to achieve. Working out what the website actually needs is part of the job.

Can you work with my existing website?

Potentially, yes. I'll look at what you've already got before recommending that you throw it away and start again.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Where the platform allows it, yes. If you'd rather not, I can also continue helping with changes after launch.

Are the prices fixed?

The prices shown are starting points. Before any work begins, I'll tell you what your particular job will cost and what's included.

Still not sure?

Just tell me what you need.

You don't need to choose the right package before getting in touch. Tell me about the business, the website and what you're trying to sort out.
